I offer a 10 minute chat, free of charge, to find out what you’d like to work on and work out the best course of action for you.
The initial session lasts approx. 90 minutes. We’ll have a detailed discussion on what’s going on in your life so I can get to know you and work out the most effective treatment plan for you. Using a mix of solution-focused counselling, hypnotherapy and EFT to get quick results, the session structure is bespoke to each individual.
Follow up sessions are 60 minutes. I’d recommend at least 1-2 follow up sessions after the initial session.
